The first guy that came out was rude but then a tech name Beatrice came out and she was so professional and knowledgeable. This tech actually made me feel like I was being heard even to the extent of suggesting things I could buy to keep insects out. Thank you for turning this experience around!

Great service by our tech Jeffrey H. He treated our property and solved the issue quickly. Reviewed the property after and explained what he did. We have had Killingsworth for 7+ years and have no complaints.

Technicians never come out when they are suppose to. Still sending me a bill for payment and haven't been to my residence in 6 or 7 months. I would not recommend their service to anyone find someone else
