From a customer perspective, Walter and his team were absolutely outstanding to work with!! From a professional perspective, Xylem could not ask for a better distributor to represent them. This has been an ongoing issue for several years and an extremely frustrating and expensive process of throwing parts at a problem and hoping for the best. I have complete confidence that Walter left me with a reliable solution to a problem I shouldn’t have to deal with for the next 30 years. There were multiple issues contributing to the continuous pump failures and Walter’s team explained them to me and addressed them. Dead well pump. No water. Walter was very responsive and was on-site in less than two hours. But what impressed me most was the coordination of his crew. Each went to his individual tasks with skill and craftsmanship (it was apparent to they had done this many times before). All the efforts came together in a quickly and well completed job. As an engineer by profession I'm not easily impressed by trades, but I can recommend this company.Service: Pump repairs & installation

Walter's Well Pump & Tank Service is an installation, maintenance and repair company with over 30 yrs. of experience in residential and farm well system work. We also do water testing, and provide water filtration or treatment systems for kitchens, or your entire home. We serve an 80 mile radius of Raleigh. On the well water pumping side, we repair or install submersible pumps, water tanks, pressure switches, and other well system parts. (EMERGENCY SERVICE is available.) We do well water tests, well inspections, liners, water purification and well abandonments. (NOTE: We DO NOT drill wells.) For cleaner, healthier water inside the home, we can provide water testing by independent lab, water filtration, sanitizers and treatment systems.
