After a frustrating experience with another company that pushed for a full water heater replacement (just because the pilot light wouldn’t start), I called Pipe Tech Plumbing LLC for a second opinion. I am so glad I did!! They came out quickly, performed a thorough diagnostic, and quickly identified what was wrong and fixed the issue. Travis doesn’t d a great job on replacing a PRV for us. Prompt and friendly service start to finish.
Saturday morning I had a septic system backup. I could not use any water as septic water backflowed into my basement. Very stressful Saturday.
Pipe Techs Plumbing and Chris came out solved a complicated problem and everything was fixed and back to normal by the end of the afternoon.
