Our sales representative, Ian, was knowledgeable about roofing, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to help us choose the right shingle by bringing samples onto the roof for comparison.
The crew was incredibly hardworking and professional. They took great care to protect the landscaping, cleaned up thoroughly, and worked from dawn to dusk to finish the job before the rain arrived the next day. Brayden was friendly and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with our new roof and would gladly recommend this company to others.
We got off to a shaky start because I misunderstood company policy and was not happy about it. But Keean Pearson would not settle for a dissatisfied customer to the company he clearly respects. Keean remained calm and professional, and was solutions-oriented. He is the reason that I will call 1–Tom-Plumber whenever I next need help with plumbing.
Had a great experience withSummit Pest. Buddy called me beforehand to let me know of his arrival time and arrived promptly. He then explained everything he would be doing thoroughly and then quickly did an assessment of the house. There were a few hornet nests I wasn't even aware of that he was able to take care of for me, same day; which I really appreciated as I am allergic to bees. Gave the whole house a wipe down of spider webs then sprayed the repellent. My main issue was carpenter ants, so will update in a few weeks how well the treatment has worked.I also requested a moisture estimate for my basement that is in need of a new liner and will also update when that is done. Very friendly and local company that beats the price of a few other "local" companies I received quotes from.
I moved to the area six weeks ago and was looking for a good massage therapist. I went to the Spa at Mills River because it is close by and had great Google reviews. A few weeks ago, Ashley gave me an incredible massage, and I rebooked with her for every two weeks. She did not speak to me during the massage, which made it incredibly relaxing; however, she was very pleasant before and after. Yesterday, I went back for a pedicure with Rachel and an eyebrow wax with Doña. Both were incredible as well. Rachel is so personable, and she gives you a great foot massage; she also did a fantastic job painting my toes. Doña gave me the best eyebrow wax of my life. She said she was a perfectionist, and she wasn't kidding. I also rebooked with both of them and have found my go-to salon in the area. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a new place to go!
First time at this office and the staff was AMAZING!! I was going in there feeling so guilty about my daughter's dental care, and they hugged us both, spoke such kindness over us, and made me feel like I didn't scare my daughter for life! Everyone from the receptionist (in training and fabulous) to the hygienists, the assistants, and the doctor. So, patient and gentle. I am so glad we found MRDFD

Forge Mountain Electric was very professional from the start when contacted. They were honest about their work load, but were able to commit to a date that met our needs. Their cost and schedule quote for addition of wiring and numerous electric outlets with independent breakers was very reasonable. They showed up on the date the agreed to, even though it was a few months after contract signing. They minimized interference with our Church's ongoing activities and finished ahead of schedule. I would gladly use them again.
Dr Tom and Dr Laura are AWESOME at what they do and you can see that they still LOVE doing it after all these years in serving our community!

Dirt Worx tackled a complex, difficult project that involved re-establishing a farm road lost to debris slide during Helene. Bryce was effective, professional, timely, and careful. The resulting stretch of repaired road is now the nicest road I own, and work areas, including a nearby site from which they removed material to use in the project, were carefully graded, cleaned up, seeded, and covered. We're very pleased with Dirt Worx's performance and highly recommend them.
Excellent facility, comfortable for the dogs. Fantastic staff. Our dog's tail wags like crazy the minute we pull into their parking lot: a great sign that she is looking forward to her vacation!

I had a great experience. With the warmer weather on its way I wanted to get seasonal maintenance. I contacted them online in the evening and received a phone call first thing this morning and they sent a tech out in the same day. Micah was great - not only was he extremely personable but I could tell he was very qualified. He found a setting that was wrong from the installer and did a great job servicing my system. I’ll definitely ask for him back in the fall! Great experience and reasonable cost for the work done!
From start to finish Eugene and his talented crew were fantastic. The fit was precise, sink placements perfect and the seams are close to invisible.

My Chihuahua, Winky needed extensive dental surgery requiring a bone graft, this had to be completed by a dental surgeon out of state. Dr.Weaver was supportive and helpful in getting this referral for me at this very busy dental surgeons office within a month. Dr.Weaver may have saved my dogs life as she prevented a very bad outcome had this surgery not been done. She also put up with my many question's and consternation about this procedure.
I think the biggest support was her gift of listening.
Dr.Weaver has done the follow up exam and will continue to follow my dog, who is doing wonderfully.
Dr.Weaver is an excellent and caring Veterinarian. I cannot say enough about the expertise and caring that she and the wonderful staff have provided. I am in awe I found her and the wonderful folks in the office to provide such quality and care.
A couple of years ago we had the pleasure of working with Cornerstone Homes and we couldn't be more pleased with them. From start to finish their team was professional and truly went above and beyond. The owner, Cannon Hartzog, was so helpful in steering us towards beautiful and long lasting choices in designs and materials. With Cannon's help the whole design and building process was exciting and enjoyable. We are so totally satisfied with our new dream home and our experience with Cornerstone Homes.

Miles, Ashley, Skyler, and their whole team were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of addressing our septic system needs. They communicated quickly and professionally, answered any and all questions we had, and went above and beyond to help us. The team was courteous and efficient, and even asked us which direction we cut our grass to make sure they laid the sod in the right direction after installation was complete. We consider them a HUGE blessing to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We would (and will) recommend them to anyone with septic needs.

Leslie gave me an excellent haircut (alot of stylist's have trouble cutting my hair corretly) but Leslie has cut my hair MANY times and get's it right every time. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach make all the difference.

This is an absolutely fantastic staff. From the front office to my doctor. I feel welcomed, which is weird to say for a doctors office. I feel listened to and taken care of. They’re always happy and smiling and ready to take care of me. I applaud anyone that works for a doctors office, urgent care, or hospital or anything similar. People come in in a bad mood most of the time, they don’t feel well, or they’re concerned and hurt. Being greeted with a smile and asking me how my day is or was is such a warm welcome.
