Etowah Florist saved the day!! After a friend/dance family member got hurt, some of our dancers from the youngest team, wanted to deliver him flowers to his hospital to brighten his room. I ordered from a florist in Asheville, since he went to Mission Hospital. The mom wrote me she and her son got discharged and I asked if Flowers got delivered to her before leaving, and she replied no. I called and called the florist and they explained they had to send the other to a florist closer to their home. The mother sent me a picture and it was absolutely not we ordered or payed for. Called the florist in Asheville and they said nothing could be done. 😡 Got in touch with Etowah Florist and explained everything and she saved the day and brought exactly what we ordered!! Thank you so much Brenda and her team. I appreciate yall so much!
We first met with CSDB in 2019 when we bought land for our future forever home. Their experience and family focus immediately resonated with us. By the time we were ready to break ground in 2024, we'd met with them several times and built a relationship with the whole team. They were amazing!! Stephanie and Nicole expertly guided us through the long and complex process with enthusiasm and professionalism, always letting us know which steps and selections were next. We were building remotely from another state, and they kept us well-informed from afar and made effective use of our in-person visits. The team also saw us through many external challenges along the way (HOA, Hurricane Helene, etc.). We couldn't have done it without them! They have wonderful subs who love what they do and and love working with CSDB - relationships and craftsmanship are clear priorities. After the build, they helped us through the punch list and add-on projects, and we know they stand ready to help with any future items. We LOVE our beautiful mountain home, and through CSDB we've gained not just friends, but family. Thank you, all!!
