Scott, Leslie, and Eric were awesome.My husband is a mechanic. The cable in his lift broke leaving us scrambling to find new ones. The place he used 10 years ago to make new cables was permanently closed. I found another location 70 miles away and he was skeptical about having the cables in stock.I did a google search and American Cable & Rigging came up. We called, left a message and in just a few seconds received a call back from Scott.I had the cables in hand to get us going again in the SAME DAY! that just never happens. American cable and rigging such a wonderful company! Such a great family atmosphere and they went above and beyond explaining how to work with cable, giving some examples of drawing designs and just such a great team to work with. I will definitely be working with them much more in the future.
