Billy and Cole are both excellent. They know their stuff. Another company told me my 2 year old system was shot last summer and 5k to replace it... it was fixed in 30 minutes with a 23 dollar part!!!
1-21-2024COLE came out for an emergency call and spent his time educating us on the condensation line and proper solutions. Fantastic professionalism and a truly caring TEAM A+++JEREMY was simply exceptional. It was refreshing to find ALL ABOUT HEAT & AIR. They were able to get me in same day. Every single person I spoke to from JOY for scheduling to Jeremy for the work was professional and kind. This company is well run and has clear processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of service. Our heat went out on the coldest night in January. I called all about heating that morning and someone was at my house within 3 hours to evaluate. Showed me how damaged our system was (25years old) and would not run again. Showed me all the options and pricings for a new system. Pricing was very good they came out the day after, Jeff and his crew, Extremely professional on time walked me through everything could not have asked for a better experience and would not consider using anyone else to service or replace my equipment.
