Simon S. Saved the day. He used the drain camera found a plumber's tool lodged in the new pipes installed by the septic guy. After calling four other plumbers, 15 days and spending more than $1,500, I finally was given the number to 1-Tom. It only took Simon a couple of hours to find and fix the problem. Moreover, his price was cheaper than the other's I've paid.
He gets 5 stars on every point. On time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Efeccient. Cost effective. This is the only plumber I will ever call, if needed, again.

Same day timely response and arrival. Keean was polite, professional and friendly. A “home grown” well mannered and respectful young man. He was able to recover the 2 earrings from the trap and saved the day! Charges very fair. A great and pleasant experience.
