The technicians they have sent to my home are some of the most courteous and professional people I have ever met. I had a horrible ant issue and they searched diligently until they found the issue...it was a down spout from the gutter that was letting water puddle and causing the issue...they fixed the downspout for me, raked down the area that was damaged and sprayed. NO MORE ANTS. I appreciate the fact they went above and beyond any other company we have used in the past. I recommend them to all my friends.

I switched to Pro pest a couple of years ago and have been very satisfied with their service. They are a locally owned company, not part of a bigger chain. The technician is very knowledgeable, very personable and very thorough in his work. Since I always have the same technician, I have come to trust him to go about his job while in my home without feeling the need to follow him around. That is very important to me.
