After hurricane Helene we purchased a 24KW Generac from Lowe's with the intention of installing the unit myself with the help of a friend at work that is licensed. Forge Mountain was great to work with. They got my whole home generator installed in a week and all the employees were great to work with. Christine communicated through out the whole process and answered all my questions. Ben and his team did a fantastic job with the install of the new generator and the upgrade on my electric panel. Everything was explained to me in a way that was super understandable and I would definitely recommend them for your go to electrical work or a generator install
They have been extremely professional and what is more important for me, as an older person, very kind and clear with what I needed to do. Ironically, my Generac was put in service yesterday and we had a power outage which lasted a right good little time. My Generac came on right away and saved me a sleepless night. (I wear a cpap.) I have never had a purchase decision validate quite so quickly!
