Forge Mountain Electric was very professional from the start when contacted. They were honest about their work load, but were able to commit to a date that met our needs. Their cost and schedule quote for addition of wiring and numerous electric outlets with independent breakers was very reasonable. They showed up on the date the agreed to, even though it was a few months after contract signing. They minimized interference with our Church's ongoing activities and finished ahead of schedule. I would gladly use them again.
Outstanding customer service!! The electrician made time in his overly busy schedule to come and help me. Very courteous, neat professional be and knowledgeable. At initial conversation I was offered clear direction as to what I could try to remedy the situation if I felt comfortable doing so. Thru texting I was able to communicate with Chris regularly. Cost wise they are very competitive.

Forge Mountain Electric ROCKs! I patiently waited for another Generac dealer for OVER a year to come and fix my generator that had issues after the hurricane. After calling a dozen or so times, the dealer called back only once, and we never connected. I called Generac to get a list of other area dealers who might be able to help me. Forge Mountain was on that list. I called them, spoke with Chris, and a repair person came THAT DAY to check out my generator.
