Good company who is very responsive if you have any roofing issues
We had a terrible leak in the roof of a historic home we had just purchased, so we reached out to four roofing companies in the Asheville area. Every company told us the roof still had at least 5–7 years of life left and that the issue could likely be repaired with a patch and a few smaller fixes rather than a full replacement.
Unfortunately, once we said we wanted to move forward with repairs instead of a brand-new roof, three of the four companies completely stopped responding. We were starting to feel like no one actually wanted to help us fix the problem unless we agreed to a full replacement.
