The Jeffress Road Valvoline service is always exceptional. They are helpful, polite, and good at explaining things. Workers have changed over since we started using them but quality of service has been kept high. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We use them most frequently for oil changes and state inspections. Our last experience also involved a battery replacement which came with a 5-year warranty - best experience with a battery replacement, and we’ve had several with various cars in the last 3 years.
