415 N Harrington St, Raleigh“I had my first class at this location and loved the experience. The vibes and atmosphere are both excellent! Kitt Smith was the instructor and she was awesome. Great session and an even better mood to close out my day.“

2320 Bale St Suite 104, Raleigh“I have had an awesome experience these last few months at this F45 location. Despite working with hundreds of other clients, each of the coaching staff go out of there way to build a connection with you yet are still able to keep the classes focused and swift, as is prescribed. I can't speak to the cardio or HYROX training, but the strength workouts have been exactly what I'm looking for - full body and easily adaptable to how I'm feeling that day. I would highly recommend this F45 studio to anyone looking for a guided, yet individual fitness class with supportive staff and fun community events.“

7901 Falls of Neuse Rd #139, Raleigh“I am so excited to be a part of the F45 family. Lu & Brittany won me over right away. I've been in a car accident and I have medical issues but they make me feel like I am still a part of the group they just make adjustments for me. I look forward to the day that I can attend 5 days a week. Thank you so much.“

The studio is always clean, relaxing and fun. They have so many different types of equipment and tools to keep the exercises fresh and interesting. You cannot go wrong with Chisel.“

As an active cyclist and trail runner, every time I leave his studio I’m refreshed and reinvigorated and ready to schedule my next appointment. I’m thrilled to have made the commitment to myself to see him regularly.“

2501 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh“I've thoroughly enjoy training at Empower. I was coming off an injury and decided to give Empower a try per the advice of my doctor to seek training/rehab of some type. Cody assessed my condition and developed a really solid path to recovery. Training/rehab is tough so don't think it's going to be a cake walk when you join - they are SERIOUS about fitness. Though I have to admit the fitness challenges were fun to compete in on a side note. Parking is generous, location is super convenient, the facilities are uber clean and modern. Get it in!!!“

3761 Junction Blvd, Raleigh“As someone who had not worked out in 20 years because of injuries and laziness, Derrick has been a godsend! I started working with him in Jan 2024 and the transformation I’ve watched my body go through, it’s been a 10/10 experience. Derrick has worked and formed muscles I forgot I was supposed to have while working around my bad knees and other injuries!
Aside from being a great trainer, he’s been great working around my crazy schedule. We have a set day/time schedule but it often gets moved due to my job (which I’m sure isn’t fun for him) and he has never complained once and is able to accommodate.
If you are someone looking to get back in the gym but are out of shape and scared to work with a trainer, I highly recommend MSS Fitness.“

4815 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh“I've been doing CG for 3 years and have about 450 check-ins for sessions attended, so it has definitely helped me to stay engaged and to exceed my fitness goals. The format is not for everyone, but I love working out outside (even if it's in a parking lot and it's hot and humid or really cold), the trainers are very engaging, the community is a lot of fun, and the workouts have a surprising amount of variety for just using 2 dumbbells and a mat. Downside for me (and most everyone) is the app, but that's not enough to affect my rating.“
