    If you are an athlete, former athlete, or just strongly dedicated to maintaining your health and fitness, then THIS is place for you!! A magnificent space with all of your strenghth, agility and fitness needs. Always positive energy and good tunes in the air :) and my FAVORITE aspect is the large bay doors that remain open (weather permitting) so you have the option to workout outside!!! And the outdoor turf is perfect for working on those sprints ;) Owner Joe and all of the coaches are personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Do not walk...RUN here, and get in a solid workout!!

    The adult program at The Strength Feed is ? ? Classes focus on strength, stability and functional movement. Great schedule and plenty of opportunities get it in. Workouts are blocked in cycles so you can track personal progress week to week. Coaches are professional, knowledgeable, genuinely motivating and encourage you bring your best.
