Pricing is reasonable, and the class format changes every couple of weeks, so there's always variety (good for people who like to break the monotony once in a while). Michelle is always so energetic and encouraging, and is always ready for every class. I've always been super intimidated by working out at gyms, but this place is very welcoming and other people in class are always so nice. Highly recommend.“
