I had a phenomenal experience at the Women’s Self Defense Class. Cassie and Lenora held an amazing demonstration. It was definitely a learning experience and very eye opening on powerful ways in which women can defend themselves in situations you can’t anticipate. I gained more confidence when I saw how hard everyone was working in the class; it was an extreme workout.
I look forward to my next self defense class.
