I had an excellent experience with Best Carpet Solution! I scheduled a deep carpet cleaning, and Boris was the technician assigned to my home. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient.
The service was so quick that I was actually a little skeptical at first, I wondered if the carpets could really be that clean in such a short time. But once I walked through the house, I was genuinely impressed. The carpets looked brand new! They were spotless, fresh, and completely transformed.

We had Boris as our technician. He was able to clean and stretch our three bedrooms, hallway, and stairs to revitalize a lived in carpet. The carpet looks much more plush and new after just the basic cleaning. He was efficient but thorough, checking in with us several times during the service.
Boris was an outstanding technician. He conducted himself professionally and left my carpet looking pristine, much like a hotel, with a wonderful scent. It was reasonably priced. I also plan to hire them for my hardwood floors.
