When our furnace stopped working well after closing when the temperature was well below zero a few days ago, I called Metro Heating & Cooling expecting to get an answering service. To my surprise I got Aaron the owner. That said, he could not have been more sympathetic and accommodating as he walked me through the steps how to get it back up and running! Clearly this was service beyond the norm which created a loyal customer out of my wife and myself! If you ask me I say everyone should switch to Metro Heating & Cooling! We used Metro just last month they installed a complete HVAC system for us to replace our 25-year-old HVAC system.I had many bids from other companies and Metro was the best quote with a very good brand and competitive price.
