Excellent customer service. Our very old furnace went out on Oct 29th and they had it replaced on Halloween. We went with a new unit but I appreciate that they did give us a repair quote as well. The installers were here right at 7:30 and completely cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them for any applicable needs in the future!
We have Classic Aire do regular service/maintenance on our HVAC systems. They sent a great rep (Vince) today. He was friendly, helpful and paid attention to details with us. We were very happy with his work.
