“Our outdoor heat pump unit stopped working on Saturday. I called Sunday to get on the books sometime in the next week as we had a space heater, emergency heat strips and a fire going in the fireplace, so we weren't as critical as some in this frigid cold. Bobby was here about 24 hours after I called and got us back up and running within an hour. We are so grateful for the prompt service and friendly technician. We bought our system from Advantage Air in 2013 and this is the first issue we've ever had. Cannot recommend them enough.“
