“I called Justin shortly after moving to KC based on Google reviews of course. He was on a short list based on the Google reviews but one of the only ones to answer. 2/5 answered, I believe it was. He answered and I spoke with him for maybe 20+ minutes describing my awfully difficult issue, but he understood something I said and responded; (paraphrasing here): yes, you're trying to reach the balance point of......" I had never heard that phrase but I could tell he knew what I meant and I thought this is who I want to do my system. He came over & looked himself; sent me a detailed quote with options to customize my system (There's not one option btw). His prices sounded right to my friends and family so I went with Balance Point. Let me tell you, you would be hard pressed to find such a polite bunch of professional guys in the construction field; all knowledgeable and most of them have been with the company quite a while and I met 3-4 of them in my couple day(s) project. They even sent another guy out a couple weeks later to check on my install who I had more time to talk with about how the system work;, same as the guys above, unbelievable. Hey, I also appreciated the email about the heat pumps in extreme cold when we were getting ready for extreme temps a couple weeks ago, that was cool. Our outdoor unit never missed a beat btw! Thanks guys, I hope you're all still there if I need anything again, cheers.“

“I'm the Committee Chairman (building maintenance) for the local VFW Post here in Lee's Summit, so my review is solely based on the Commercial side of the business. the past 1-2 years are HVAC units have been on the decline. Our luck with finding a proactive and reliable company to service and provide semiannual maintenance was turning out well either. I am so grateful that I called this company for a quote. I can honestly say I am amazed at the level of professionalism, straight-forwardness, and helpfulness of the business. I've gone through 3 other HVAC companies in the past three years for Semi-annual maintenance and major issues with our units. So after feeling totally at ease with Green Field, we had 2 rooftop 5-ton units replaced during the summertime of 2018. Because of their work, we ended up getting a 5-ton split unit unit and another rooftop 5-ton unit replaced in Nov-Dec 2018. We were not disappointed with their quotes, construction, performance, and workmanship. Eric O'Donnell is who I have personally worked with throughout both processes and he is a master at what he does. He made me feel comfortable and addressed any and all questions; even took the time to explain what each line-item was and what purpose it served, so that I could make an educated decision as to whether we wanted or needed those options. No pressure to add options or upgrades to the units. Keeps the customer in mind and the expenses - he had good parts from a unit being replaced swapped out into a broken unit in order to get it operational again (with our approval). They call ahead for the semi-annual maintenance and provide pictures to assist in addressing any concerns or issues with the rooftop units. Great experiences with this company over and over.“

“I needed to switch from a 1960 model gas furnace but wasn't sure how I wanted to do it; Kirk came to my house and answered all my questions, was prompt and professional. Took bids for 1 stage and 2 stage gas furnace, a furnace and air conditioner together and a air source heat pump. Was the best price out of the 6 companies and individuals I took bids from. I chose to install the heat pump, him and another guy came out on the scheduled time and put it in, no fuss, and was all done by that afternoon. Been two months and everything is working great. Does not accept credit cards be prepared to write a check.“

He diagnosed both of my issues, and what he didn't have the part for, he showed me how to order it, and I was only charged for the diagnostic.
