Matt did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable & professional and fixed my heater quickly. He also went out of his way to fix a prior problem from the original installation, and got everything up to code. Thanks so much Matt & One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning!

Very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the system! I personally was very happy to see no rushing but also no laziness. I have seen and I am very well aware of some companies employees can charge more for the amount of time it takes for them to complete their tasks and can be very slow, lazy and on their phone taking their sweet time. Or rushing and not fully finishing the job requiring them to come back out because we still had issues. Today, that was not the experience with Jacob. He was very attentive to our system and did his job! Thank you for your service
