“Update 6/2026 after an unexpected flood we reached back out to Ideal Temp for emergency estimates and replacement. They scheduled within 20 minutes to come out and do the eval next day (on a weekend )and beat the insurance company's recommended estimate. So glad we reached back out to them.

Our furnace decided to die right before subzero temps were supposed to arrive, but Ideal Temp was great. They came out same day, had a flat rate diagnostic price (and Matt spent 2+ hours checking everything) and were polite and explained everything without trying to upsell constantly.
within a couple hours we received proposals for repair, and several options for replacement and once we hand made our decision everything was scheduled for the next day.
The removal and install took about 4.5 hours, the crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves, everything looks amazing, and most importantly, we have heat!“
