LS Heating & Cooling called to schedule my annual maintenance (which I had totally forgotten was due). We had to reschedule due to the high temps and service calls that were needed by folks with A/C issues, but they communicated all of that very well. David was my technician and he was GREAT! I've had him before, and he went above and beyond to check everything out and clean out my A/C unit. I will definitely be asking for him again!

We had 2 full HVAC systems replaced. The finished work, customer service, and overall experience was exceptional. Did it all in a day within the time they estimated. Additionally, during a recent exceptionally frigid cold snap, one unit in an uninsulated attic space had an issue. They responded and had it back running the same day we called. Then followed back up on Monday with a visit to ensure all was still working well.
