AFC Heating and Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company that has been serving the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area since 1956. The company takes pride in its ability to provide HVAC service in the Lee's Summit area, including 24/7 emergency response.
Customers have consistently praised AFC's wonderful service, great prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The installation process is described as easy, with the crew performing the work in a professional and satisfactory manner. The technicians are super courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. Their service is top-notch and the price is very reasonable, often beating other companies. Customers appreciate the professional and polite service and have noted that the installers leave no mess to clean up.
Customers have also mentioned that AFC KC did a great job with maintenance calls and the installation of a Lennox system. They were thorough in their evaluation, replaced a broken circuit breaker, and taped an improperly installed duct without additional charge. The company also registered the HVAC unit's warranty for the customer. Customers have praised AFC's responsiveness, with one customer receiving a same-day repair during the Thanksgiving weekend. Another customer has had their furnace from AFC since 2013 and it is still running great without any problems.
We have been using AFC for many years. Brandon came out to look at a couple of our units at Bayberry Business Center that weren't cooling very well. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and got everything working great. We continue to be pleased with all the work from AFC.
AFC has taken care of our heating and cooling systems for over 30 years. Jack was polite and did a great job for us. He explained what he did and why it was needed. Thanks for having good employees.
AFC (Tom and Connor) installed the replacement of our 30 year old Lennox A/C and propane furnace. They were very personable, professional, and efficient. Everything was done in a day and the new system is working perfectly. AFC had installed the original system and Tom recognized the handwriting of the original installer. I highly recommend ACF for their quality, professionalism, and prompt service.
