The response time was incredible! Even on the weekend!Our a/c wasn't working correctly, and Matt came out to help as soon as we spoke to him. He was really helpful, knew exactly the problem, and had it fixed VERY quickly! Matt went above and beyond what was ever expected, and even gave free advise to help keep the unit running great.It was hot enough in the house (90s inside) that my wife and 4 year old had to leave, and Climate Restoration saved the day, and we had cold air blowing hard before he left!Great customer service, fast to respond, and very friendly and trustworthy! I highly recommend Climate Restoration Services to anyone!
I was beyond impressed with how quick Climate Restoration Services was able to come out, diagnose, and fix our air conditioner issue. I have a little one at home and I am expecting so going without AC for any period of time was miserable. As soon as the bud was approved by our property management company they came out the next morning at 9am to fix it. The technician, Eric, who worked on our unit was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient! 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this company to any and everyone!Services: HVAC system repair
Matt came out within the hour of contacting him and made our situation feel personal to him. We had no AC and it was 90 degrees out. We ended up needing a new unit and it was late that day. He was back at 9am the next morning to replace it and made us a priority. Absolutely recommend this company!Services: A/C system maintenance
