* (8 days later)Had Gavin come out again for low water flow. I've only been in the house for a month, unfortunately, the kitchen water faucet has been here a lot longer, and it was off-brand, so pretty much at the end of it's lifespan. Gavin tried several things before suggesting a replacement, but that's what I needed in the end. Once again, great customer service and a very fair price. It feels good to have a company that is reliable and trustworthy for my home repair needs. Thanks, guys!
* I had such a good experience with the plumbing side of things, I called Dragonfly out again to do a maintenance and checkup on my HVAC system as well. I had a different tech this time, obviously, because it's a different system. They sent out Ross, and he couldn't have been nicer. Very down to earth and practical, explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He did a very thorough job assessing and cleaning (which it really needed) my HVAC system, and all for a bargain price, really. I'm so glad I have a great company to help maintain those major systems in my house. I can't recommend them enough.”
