“Beyond nice guy in general. My husband and I had a slight emergency when our furnace stopped working. I called around everywhere as we've never had a handyman since we've bought our home and kept getting the run around. Tom was fair, understanding, and incredibly courteous. Made the time, when I know he probably didn't have to, to come same day to help us. Our home is back to being nice and toasty thanks to him.
