“Great experience. First Justin came out a couple of times to try to fix my AC. When it was clear it needed to be replaced, he didn't put on any high pressure sales tactics and worked with me to get the price down. Then the three guys that came out a week later had installed my new AC and furnace within a few hours. Company is fantastic at communicating and customer service.“

“Mark's Heating and Cooling was fantastic! We called them last night because our air conditioning wasn't blowing cold air and with a 5 month old that wasn't ideal.. he offered to come out that night! Fortunately for us it was going to be in the 60s overnight so we told him the next day would be just fine! Mark sent one of his guys out first thing in the morning and he was in and out in less than 45 minutes and we have cold air before the day gets hot!!
