“This is an outstanding business. We have been treated like family for 15 years. Their crew has always responded when we needed help, and we are an hour away from their office, so logistically we are pain, but they come anyway. For example, we recently had to install a new ground source unit- this was the Thursday before Labor Day weekend 2026. Something was wrong with the new unit's control panel right out of the box from the manufacturer. We sent a message Saturday morning. I didn't ask him to- and told him we could wait- but the technician responded on Saturday over Labor Day weekend at 9 o'clock at night to take care of our problem, which required troubleshooting and repair. Everyone with whom we have interacted at Kjelshus are caring and compentent people. We sincerely appreciate their work and hope they are in business for a long, long time.”
