Zach was nothing but professional and explained everything while doing my semi annual maintenance. During this he suggested cleaning the A Coil as it was dirty and constricting air flow and he provided a picture so I could see what he was talking about! Needless to say, I had it cleaned it looks almost new!

Justin came out this past Saturday for my maintenance on my HVAC system that had been rescheduled due to weather the previous Monday. Very nice gentleman and took care of my needs and recommended a repair to be done. Did not force the ignition switch on furnace to be replaced but suggested due to wear and showed me the old part vs a new one and the wear. He was very efficient and took care of my needs. Also, Stephanie the office has been very helpful with my needs on the rescheduled appointment due to the weather.. Great job by them both.
I am impressed with Luis Lopez, HVAC Tech with Lee's Summit Heating & Cooling. He immediately determined possible issues with our AC unit after listening to me describe my concerns. He communicated his plan of action & showed me several options to not only fix the primary problem but to bring the whole system up to peak operating standard while looking for ways to save me money.
