“We worked with Dan, Mark, and Zack to refinish hardwood floors we found underneath carpet in our recently purchased first home. Dan, Mark, and Zack were professional, patient and honest throughout the entire process. Dan was very understanding while we did our research, got other quotes, and asked many questions. A competitor told us we were going to have to replace 26 boards right off the bat (at $75 a board) whereas as JATC approached our project with an honest “let’s sand it and see” approach. To our pleasant surprise, all of the stains and scratches came out and we only had to replace one board! JATC also installed quarter round to match the rest of our house, hauled away the gross old carpet we ripped up, and got us in weeks earlier than we had initially planned on. Our floors came out beautiful, the cost was significantly less than what we initially thought, and JATC was wonderful to work with. Before and after pictures are attached to my review.“

“Dennis & Hugo did a magnificent job. I was in disbelief they could do our floor in 1 day, but they did. You can tell the years of experience in the quality of work and attention to detail. Jake was great at keeping me abreast to the business side of things. We have not had the best luck with hired service. Refloor may have redeemed our faith in what is possible when hiring someone to do the job right, efficiently and at a great value. Rarely can you receive all 3 at the same time.“

The only reason for a 4 ****was that it required correction within a year of installation. Charlie did stand by their good company reputation.“

Our most recent project was new flooring in our laundry room and guest bath. Dale was instrumental in guiding us to a sample of products that he felt we might like. “Lawson Brothers did an incredible job restoring the original hardwood floors in our 1930’s home. From the first time I reached out for an estimate everyone was timely and professional. They pulled up all the old carpet on main and upper levels, refinished all existing hardwood, and then also installed LVP in the kitchen and breakfast room. The wood floors look brand new and they blended the LVP well with the original floors and wood trim too. Even worked around the old radiators without issue. Thanks to Ethan, Wayne, and the whole team! They do high quality work- definitely recommend!“

“I’ve been wanting these floors since seeing them at Veterinary Specialty Services more than a decade ago. We had them put in our dog daycare room 2 weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing and look phenomenal! We had them put the epoxy up the walls to the chair rail to help prevent damage from the dogs chewing and lifting their legs. Matt and his team were so great to work with, by far the best contractor I’ve worked with in 15 years. His crew was on time, cleaned up after their selves and always let us know when they were leaving and what they were doing so we could continue business as usual. They even finished a few days early. 5+ starts for Desco, it’s not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for and it’s worth it!“
