We recently had an upper 1970s Addition carpeted by Key Carpet. We had an exceptional experience with Key Carpet from the Sales Associate Jonathan to the Installation Team led by Erasmo. For the Sales, Jonathan helped us choose styles and colors specific to our function. We appreciated and followed his advice. For the Installation, Erasmo helped us solve three issues with the our additions setup in regard to the carpet installation, bringing solutions for each. For each of these issues, we had not even noticed the issues and we really appreciated his solutions. Additionally, Erasmo took the initiative and carpeted a closet for us that we had not thought about.
