I needed basement flooring and didn't want to spend an arm & a leg because it's a basement. I went to Home Depot and wrote down some prices, tried to get someone to help me with no luck. Gave up and decided to pull into Flooring Galaxy in Brentwood just to see. I figured if they were too expensive, I'd just leave. Jeff was super helpful. He showed me floors in my price range and explained the pros and cons. Pricing was honestly in line with some of the options at the big box store but the service was infinitely better.
