Dennis & Hugo did a magnificent job. I was in disbelief they could do our floor in 1 day, but they did. You can tell the years of experience in the quality of work and attention to detail. Jake was great at keeping me abreast to the business side of things. We have not had the best luck with hired service. Refloor may have redeemed our faith in what is possible when hiring someone to do the job right, efficiently and at a great value. Rarely can you receive all 3 at the same time.

Conrad the sales person was very nice and not pushy at all. Very informative and offered several solutions. Once the installation began and finished Vonesa was very courteous by checking in on progress. Dennis and his Crew were very nice and respectful. Super hard workers. They did an awesome job. I was amazed at how quickly they finished my whole upstairs floors. I highly recommend.

Did a very nice job. Called ahead letting me know when he was going to be here. Showed up at that time. Was flexible about a minor change with the base boards. Worked the whole time.
