Eddie was a pleasure to work with in selecting a new vinyl floor for our bedroom, closet and bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the process of signing a no interest for a year financing contract a breeze. He helped us find the right flooring color and pattern and was able to show us what the samples would look like in our rooms on his tablet, which was very helpful. We would definitely chose him again for our next flooring update.

Refloor is the best company to work with. Maureen was on top of the whole project, contacted me and made sure all was on track and everything was done professionally. My installer, Pedro and his crew were amazing and efficient. Carlos, Lucas, and Valdemir was a pleasure to have in my home. They work well as a team. I am very impressed with how my new vinyl planks look and the easy care the require.

We had carpeting removed from two bedrooms, two foyers, and the stairs, and chose the color “Epitome,” which perfectly matched our vision for our new home. The initial process started off great with a free quote.
As first-time homebuyers, the only minor hurdle was that we wished there had been a bit more upfront communication regarding what to expect with the finer details—such as the specific shape of the molding or whether our old baseboards would be reused. Additionally, while the installation was initially estimated to take two days, it required an extra half-day for final touches and ended up having a few concerns with some of the finished areas....read full review
