“Joe and his team were very quick, efficient and communicated very well. I am most pleased with their flexibility. My schedule was very chaotic but he worked with me to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely work with them again. Only thing negative I would say is that you need to confirm the work that will be done and how to confirm the pricing. But even that was not a difficult challenge to navigate with them. Looking forward to working with them on my future endeavors.“

“Lawson Brothers did an incredible job restoring the original hardwood floors in our 1930’s home. From the first time I reached out for an estimate everyone was timely and professional. They pulled up all the old carpet on main and upper levels, refinished all existing hardwood, and then also installed LVP in the kitchen and breakfast room. The wood floors look brand new and they blended the LVP well with the original floors and wood trim too. Even worked around the old radiators without issue. Thanks to Ethan, Wayne, and the whole team! They do high quality work- definitely recommend!“

“Midwest came in after I first hired a terrible company out of East Alton that completely ruined my life for two months. They did a very terrible job and even forgot to turn my furnace off and sucked up my entire house full of dust. Midwest came in to do a cleanup job on the work they did, and told me all the things that he would’ve done differently, including they use a better quality of seal and base coat, and after he fixed the poorly job done by the other company, I am happy as ever with my floor! Just wish I would’ve hired him the first time around“
