I had a great experience at the Brentwood Tile Shop! Everyone was so helpful and even though I was making a small repair they made me feel like I was the most important customer ever. I made the repair for now, but I will not go anywhere else when it’s time to remodel the whole bathroom!
I was not sure what to expect. I’m redoing my home and I am a bit overwhelmed. I walked into this place and right from the beginning; was greeted by the manager, Mary. She was warm, inviting and awesome. She connected me with Zachary, a Sales Associate. He was everything. Every question, every concern, everything was answered. I truly recommend this place. It’s awesome.
The Brentwood Tile Shop in my opinion has some of the best and most knowledgeable people in the tile industry. As a tile installer. This is key.
It's very easy and seamless doing business with them. I send most of my customers in to the store and they have the same experience . If you want professional design and knowledge of any project you may have. I strongly suggest taking time to check them out.
