Another company refinished our wood floors and left them with numerous dark black burned-looking spots. Fantastic work and fantastic people. Our initial walk-through with Jim left a great impression. He spent a lot of time looking at the hardwood floors across our entire house, talking us through our options, offering recommendations, and answering all of our questions. When it came time for the sanding and refinishing work, they fit within our schedule, coordinating around other contractors we had at the house, and finished quickly. Jim even came back for a final walk-through to make sure everything was right. We’d absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them.
