“I needed basement flooring and didn't want to spend an arm & a leg because it's a basement. I went to Home Depot and wrote down some prices, tried to get someone to help me with no luck. Gave up and decided to pull into Flooring Galaxy in Brentwood just to see. I figured if they were too expensive, I'd just leave. Jeff was super helpful. He showed me floors in my price range and explained the pros and cons. Pricing was honestly in line with some of the options at the big box store but the service was infinitely better. Once it came time for the floors to be installed, the crew showed up on time, and they were quick and thorough and cleaned up afterward. It was a 10/10 experience. I'll for sure go straight there for my next project.“

“Skip Home Depot and Lowe’s and go see Boardwalk. Their sales staff was very helpful and I received a product that is leaps and bounds beyond anything at HD or Lowe’s. I asked the sales rep about getting a bunch of short planks. He assured me that would not happen with this manufacturer (Mason Wood Floors). 1,400 sq. Ft ordered, an excellent mix of long, medium, and smaller planks, every piece straight as arrow, no warped pieces, probably only a handful of planks damaged in shipping. I helped someone else install some Home Depot flooring a few months later and was so glad I made the decision I did. For the species and quality of wood, price was incredibly competitive, too.“
