Liam the guy that came out to service was very professional and very courteous he answered any question that I had and just walk me through the program on everything that he was going to do very understanding about the work that he was doing and I appreciated that and they took his time and timely manner he did everything and he was very professional I would like to have them back instead of changing to someone else and that is possible

The original visit to repair the gouges in my vintage teak desk turned out to be less than satisfactory after 24 hours of curing. After calling Furniture Medic back the very next day, Dinora, the office manager, was extremely kind and interested in making me satisfied. She immediately scheduled their technician, Ian, back for a second visit. Ian worked very diligently and produced a repair that is very similar to the aged patina of this ‘60’s desk. Furniture Medic absolutely demonstrates service and satisfaction after the sale. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any wood repair you might need in your home or business.
