Cannot speak highly enough about Eric and his crew. I had a difficult install and his team was there every day figuring it out and working with me. They were the most reasonable quote I received of 14 different places and they even made pointers about our dampers before we hired them. They went above and beyond to help us out with a rebate as well. This is an extremely ethical, responsive, and thoughtful business. You will not be upset about hiring them if your experience is anything like mine. We will be using them for all our HVAC work moving forward.

The first time Chief heating and cooling came in after an astronomical quote by another company and gave me an honest fair quote which I accepted. Eric leveled with me and explained everything I needed and the items i probably wouldn't need.When the AC went on the fritz during the crazy summer heat they got me on the schedule and sent out Vince very shortly after. Vince was great to work with and was professional and friendly. He got the issue fixed in a timely manner and left everything better than he found it. As long as i am in the Blue Springs area I will be using chief heating and air for my HVAC needs!
