“Just had a new HVAC system replaced with American Standard equipment. Two best things about this company are, communication and the quality of install. Having worked as a construction business owner, now retired, from the start to the end this was a true pleasure to deal with. Any GC should always have United H&C on their bidders list. The quality of the install was exceptional and the line’s of communication down to the early morning text day of install with time of arrival and tech’s name should be an example to other businesses on how to do it right, the first time! My thanks to John Simsheuser, project manager, for his attention to detail. Chris, lead technician, and Jake did a flawless job and and were mindful to quality detail, true masters in their trade. “Excellent service!!! My technician Javier was prompt, knowledgeable and efficiently restored my system to working order within under an hour. Javier demonstrated trustworthiness and effectively explained the issue with my unit. Notably, my neighbor also utilizes this company for their AC unit maintenance. Upon Javier's arrival, my house was at 89 degrees with the unit blowing hot air. However, upon completion of the service, I was able to close the windows and turn off the attic fan.“

“AC went out during the heatwave, told me what it would cost to fix but highly recommended a new unit (the price to temp fix a 20 year unit was crazy in comparison to just getting a new unit). Had a salesperson out same day, looked at what I had and what was needed, and gave me a few options. All reasonably and competitively priced. Biggest + is that it was a no pressure purchase. Gave me a few days to think about it and talk it over, answered any questions and even offered some alternative solutions. Turnaround time was about a work week.

Installation was a 1 day, painless process and the unit looks great!

“Shout out to Michael and Carson for the job they did for us replacing our basement floor drain p trap. They recognized the issue immediately and gave us a fair bid to repair it. They kept the dust to a minimum even with using a concrete saw. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards as well. Very pleased with the result! “A few months ago my air conditioning stopped working, and a friend of mine recommended using bay mechanical, so I called Brian around 5p.m. and told him what was going on and in less than 30 minutes he was at my door, he did his thing, and my a.c. was working great. I had a thermostat from evergy sitting by on my coffee table and he offered to install it, and make sure everything was working properly. 3 days later I get a phone call just to make sure everything is still working the way it should. “Bill's heating and cooling has been doing annual maintenance on my furnace and AC for a number of years. He is always on time, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Just this morning I woke to a non-functioning AC. I called Bill at 5 AM, and he returned my call at 5:30 AM. He had my unit fixed by 7:30 AM, and that was with a trip he had to make to pick up the part. Why hire anyone else!?Services: HVAC repair“
