The timeliness, humility and grace I was shown was matchless! I have nothing but absolute gratitude for the service provided to me by A.D. Heating and Air! Demond was very professional and courteous! I didn't even know I had TWO UNITS that BOTH needed service! I had lots of questions and he was very knowledgeable! Anything I asked that he wasn't sure of, he was very forthcoming and honest. My air conditioner went out on a Friday night and I called A.D. Heating & Air Services on Saturday morning. Desmond came out an hour later; diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed 30 minutes later for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

They were able to come by same day and took a thorough look at everything, even after finding and addressing the problem. They are professional, have great attitudes, and they work fast. They even gave me advice on how to change thermostats myself in the future! Thanks for keeping us cool this summer!
