He is super friendly, super smart, and super good, providing terrific semiannual check-ups. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, changed the furnace filter, and had an A/C fixed within just 2hrs of the phone call for an appointment. The excellent company sends emails when the technician is coming and he is right on time.

I trust this company and its technicians--I never have the feeling I'm being sold something I don't really need. Very glad to have made the change to Overland Park Heating and Cooling!
