I came home from a vacation to find my AC not working. Johann arrived and diagnosed the problem within minutes, and had a solution ready as well. It meant another 24 hours of heat, but he returned today and got everything going again, and I'll be sleeping in AC tonight! Johann spent the time to make sure I understood what was happening, what he recommended to fix it, and made sure he educated me as to the best way to prevent it from happening again. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge and level of service!
Christian came to the house and cleaned out the basement drain. Got it done quickly and efficiently. Took him @ 30 minutes and gave us a good deal on the price. Appreciate his work and highly recommend.
