Donald was very helpful! We had gotten behind on maintenance and thought we had a bigger issue.
Luckily I found Lancaster's number from prior experience, which was great as well.
Donald was very personable and explained a simple solution, and we got on a maintenance plan going forward!
Lancaster and their technicians are always considerate of your home and the best interest of the customer. I feel that our tech gave me options related to my repair and was honest which ones made the most sense at this point in time. Lancaster does all of our seasonal maintenance and start ups as well, and they have been a good resource for us for many years
How is the only person my 86 year old aunt feels comfortable with. He is always patient and professional. I greatly appreciate them making it easy to pay and work with them to make sure her home is taken care of.
