“I was looking for the Seresto flea collars for my cats. These are usually very expensive, but Lela helped me find the best deal with price match! She was very very helpful and kind. I saw Lela help others before me, and she kept such a kind attitude the entire time. I want to go back just because of her! :) Lela is the best!“

“The staff is professional and efficient. They always handle my pets with gentle care and the vets are very good at explaining things. They always manage to work me in to their schedule if I have a pet become too sick to wait for an appointment. Being able to make appointments online through the PetDesk app is very convenient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good experience.“

“I have been a client of Dr Schrock over 30 years. He is an excellent vet. I trust both him and his staff to do the best job possible caring for my animals. The other vets employed at the clinic are great. I would trust any one of them to care for my beloved dog, one of which just survived a big dog attack thanks to Dr. Rhodes. Dr. Appling is so compassionate and has helped me through the ending of 2 of my precious dogs' lives. The grooming staff is excellent, and my baby always loves going for his spa day there.“

“I have been taking our 2 cats here since we moved to this area 8 years ago. Dr. Neal is fantastic and always caring. Recently our older cat was diagnosed as having advanced kidney failure. Dr. Neal was nothing short of extremely compassionate and caring. He also didn't try to do more tests just to run up our bill. When the time care to let our baby go, he met us on his one day off so that our cat wouldn't suffer. I can't explain how incredibly nice this man was especially when dealing with the terrible loss of a beloved pet. My husband and I were also very grateful that his bill was so reasonable. I would highly recommend him!“

“I am leaving this review for the dog trainer Michelle, she is absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with me and my sweet girl Ember through the adult behavior class and now through the AKC class. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. I cannot speak more highly of her she deserves so much credit and praise. I encourage everyone to go through classes with their pups here.“

“Updating my review from years ago to reiterate;I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. The staff here are amazing. Everyone from the front desk, the vet assistants to Dr. Cure herself are just top notch.I never have any suprises when it comes to the bill as they go over everything in advance to make sure I am comfortable not only with the price, but any treatment my pets need. They take the time to explain what is needed to be done at home, and have called me multiple times to follow up and make sure everything is going good and I understand instructions or have any questions. You can tell they truely care about animals in their care from the way they interact with your pets. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.“

“Crain is where I always took my critters when I lived in the area. Now that I live 17 hours away, I have been forced to take my Scooby to a vet where I live now. Scooby was diagnosed in TX with congestive heart failure and some other issues, and the monthly prescriptions they prescribed would cost $305 PER MONTH, and that didn’t include his thyroid medication that he has been on for a few years.I recently came back to Missouri because my grandson was born and in the NICU in Columbia. I made an appointment at Crain, which I had to change twice, due to the craziness I had going on, but Dr. Rob worked with me the whole time. I wanted his opinion on Scooby’s diagnosis, test results, and the medications. They totally went above and beyond what I could ever expect to work with my availability and rushing back to Columbia to be with my daughter and grandson. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. Scooby’s medications were reevaluated and now cost less than $100 a month for all of his medications. And, they told me when I need refills to call, and they would ship him what he needs. I called today to order refills and Savannah made it all so easy!If you want to take your critters to a place that will genuinely care, Crain is the place. If you want to feel like you’re not being taken advantage of for money because you love your animal, Crain is amazing! I think very highly of their business and just wish I could bring them to TX with me, but since I can’t, I appreciate them making the accommodations I need to care for my dog in his Senior years.“

“I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. They had great customer service and was ready for us the second we walked in the door. Our dog absolutely loves them even after blood work was done. The appointment was quick and easy. The prices were amazing too!“
