Miss Nails is a nail shop that receives high praise for its excellent service and skill. Customers have reported quick and helpful responses to accidental damage, even going so far as to call the Saturday crew the "best." However, some customers have expressed concern about long wait times, particularly for pedicures. Despite being seated promptly, some have experienced waits of over an hour before service began. Additionally, some customers have found the staff to be unfriendly and lacking in conversation. Finally, there have been complaints about price discrepancies, with advertised pedicure prices not reflecting the final cost.
I’ve been going to Miss Nails for over 10 years, and I can honestly say Renee is a true artist. She always listens to what I’m envisioning and somehow makes it look even better than I imagined. Whether it’s a simple clean look or something more detailed and creative, she nails it every single time.
Her attention to detail, consistency, and the pride she takes in her work are why I keep coming back. It’s rare to find someone who can capture your style so perfectly, but Renee does it with ease. Highly recommend!
Renee is amazing!! I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and I’m always satisfied. I got the red cat eye design and it’s well worth the money and I get so many compliments!!
My first set lasted over 21+ days! I showed them a picture and they recreated what I wanted 100 times better. I returned today and received exactly what I expected! I am a nurse; the place is clean & sanitary, plus you get what you want!! Never have I experienced getting cleanliness & perfect nails BOTH, at a nail salon! I will continue to return!
