Absolutely loved the service we received from BR Carpet on a two-room carpet re-stretch. Both rooms look new again and we were pretty much assured it would stay that way for a long time. Both the estimator and the carpet crew were wonderful to speak and deal with, absolutely thrilled with the work. Would highly recommend BR to family and friends!

Did a carpet install for upstairs bedrooms and stairs. Melinda was super knowledgeable and helped us with selecting affordable carpet. We spent more on the stairs to get a high traffic carpet we saw in a model home. But saved on the bedroom carpet with one they carry in stock. The installers came and took their time. They were careful to not damage walls or woodwork. They let the carpet acclimate on day one while installing the pad. And day 2 came and did the rest of the install. One thing I commend the installers on is asking us about the pattern overlap for our stairs and working through some options with that. Overall great communication from start to finish.
