“This is a shout out to Joseph at the Independence location store #01014 on Bolger Road. On 12/17/2022 at 2:30 I was in line to check out. There were 2 different ladies that had some problems with their card for payment. Joseph needed a manager to finish the transaction. Under pressure with people waiting, Joseph remained calm and unshaken. He finished all transaction with ease and remained smiling. My turn came and he was friendly and professional.
